Joey provides a 75 + minute sessions, giving insight into personal awareness, self care exercises that include breath work, massage, yoga principles, meditation, introduction into quantum physics and stretching. Different seminars can be done sitting on a chair or a more elaborate practice on a yoga mat. With the aid of props, breath and a little humour, Joey will have the audience feeling loved, appreciated and inspired.
